Main Goal : To increase profitability on certain category products.

Complexity given by iconsistent sales and market prices (Romania and external)

Identify supply needs:
- Forecasts
- Tracking the current orders
- Proposals for supply

Establishing a supply procedure

Establishment of specific informations of product:
- Qualitative description
- Packaging
- The guarantee
- Number of days available
- Seasonal model (if applicable), local or international markets

Prognosis of availability / price: influencing factors (veterinary, consumer trends, natural events- ex. drought, appearance or closed markets – ex. Egipt), etc.

Job requests :

Mandatory requests
- University Degree in Economics
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in sales/buying frozen meat
- Experience with EU contingents
- Advanced English knowledge
- Experience outside the origin country: at least 2 years

Optional requests
- Previous experience in sales/buying at least 3 years
- Previous experience in sales/buying chicken meat at least 3 years
- Personal turnover (acquisitions): 10-30 million euro
- Personal turnover (acquisitions): 20-40 million euro
- Personal turnover (acquisitions): over 40 million euro
- Significant Buys outside the EU (over 30%)
- Experience in sales to customers in Central and Eastern Europe: Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece
